600 ml (1 pint) 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
1/2 Cucumber, washed, sliced and degorged
4 Spring onions, (scallions), finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Green chilli, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Paprika
method
1. Put the yogurt info a mixing bowl and beat until it is smooth.
2. Stir in the cucumber, spring onions (scallions), and seasoning to taste. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl.
3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until thoroughly chilled.
Remove from the refrigerator and discard the covering. Sprinkle over the chilli and paprika and serve.
