method
1. Slice the swiss roll and arrange in a large glass bowl, and pour over the kirsch.
2. Place the strawberries over the swiss roll.
3. Put the wine, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl. Add the cream and whip with a hand whisk until the mixture is softly stiff and holds its shape.
4. Pour over the swiss roll and strawberries, cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
5. Before serving, decorate with the nuts and strawberry slices.

Strawberry Sensation 'SENSATIONAL'

This recipe is fantastic and went down extremely well on our picnic, but it was to serve 6 but could easily serve 8. If you want it for 4 people half the recipe and that will be about right. Do try this recipe it truely is 'SENSATIONAL'.
