Kachumbar Choori (Indian Fresh vegetable salad) recipe
ingredients
2 Onions, small
3 Tomatoes
1 Capsicum (Shitnla mirch)
2 Cucumber (khira)
Salt to taste
2 Green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp (4 g) Green coriander (hara dhaniya)
1 tbsp (15 ml) Lemon (nimbu) juice

method
1. Dice the onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and cucumber into small 1/4 inch cubes.
2. Add salt, green chillies, green coriander, and lemon juice.
