method
1. Dry roast the rice flour, cumin powder, and red chilli powder for 4 - 5 minutes. Add salt and a little water and knead into a soft dough.
2. Divide the dough into 3 cm balls, then roll each out into thin rounds.
3. Place the rounds flat on a frying pan. Add 1 tsp ghee and cook till the bread is slightly brown on both sides.
4. Smear with ghee again and serve with any curry.
