1/4 cup Mint (pudina) leaves, minced
3 cups (750 ml) 23 fl oz Water
4 Juice of lemons (nimbu), fresh
6 tbsp (120 g) 4 oz Sugar
1/2 tsp Black salt (kala namak)
1/4 tsp Rose water (gulab jal)
method
1. Blend all the ingredients together for about 2 minutes or till well mixed.
2. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
