method
1. Place the picked and washed spinach in 500 ml boiling salted water, cover with a lid and boil for 5 minutes.
2. Drain well in a colander, squeeze out all moisture, season and reheat, then serve loosely arranged in a vegetable dish.
Note
Spinach may be cooked in advance, refreshed, squeezed into balls and kept refrigerated ready for further use.
