method
1. Peel medium-sized onions, cut into 3 mm thick rings and separate the layers.
2. Dip in milk, drain well and pass through the flour. Place into a frying basket, shake off surplus flour and deep fry at 180°C.
3. When cooked and golden, drain thoroughly on kitchen paper and lightly season with salt. Serve on a dish paper in a dish.
