6 avocado pears
3 cloves of garlic
50 g onion
75 ml lime juice
150 g tomato flesh
1 tsp chilli powder
pinch of fresh herbs
few drops of Tabasco

method
1. Blend the flesh of 6 avocado pears with 3 cloves of garlic, 50 g onion, 75 ml lime juice, 150 g tomato flesh, 1 tsp chilli powder, a pinch of fresh herbs and a few drops of Tabasco.
2. Fill into ramekins or glass bowls and serve chilled, garnished with segments of lime.
