500 g butter
25 g chopped parsley
the juice of 1 lemon
little cayenne pepper
method
Mix together 500 g butter, 25 g chopped parsley, the juice of 1 lemon and a little cayenne pepper and mould into a cylinder shape 3 cm in diameter. Roll in greaseproof paper and store in a refrigerator until firm. Serve cut into 1 cm thick slices on or with fried and grilled fish and meat.
