method
1. Mix 55 g each of chickpea flour, strong flour and wholemeal flour; add 125 ml water, 1 tbs oil and a pinch of salt and mix well for 5 minutes.
2. Allow to rest for 1 hour, then divide into 12 pieces.
3. Roll out into 12 cm circles and deep fry until puffy.
