150 ml (1/4 pt) sour cream
10 g (2 tsp) dried dill
10 g (2 tsp) dried onion flakes
8 g (4 tsp) chopped parsley
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) mustard
salt and pepper
method
1. Mix everything together well and leave for the flavours to mingle for 2 hours if possible.
2. Use as a dip, with carrot sticks, celery, cauliflower etc, or as a salad dressing.
3. Dried onion is used in this on purpose to give a mild hint of onion. If you use fresh onion, be discreet.
