1/3 cup oatmeal
3 tbsp cornmeal
1 1/2 cup boiling water
3 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
3 tbsp dark molasses
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/4 cup (200 g) whole-wheat flour
2 1/2 cup bread flour
2 tbsp. active dry yeast
method
1. In bowl, combine oatmeal and cornmeal.
2. Pour boiling water over them, stirring to break up lumps.
3. Let mixture stand 20 minutes.
4. Stir and pour into machine pan.
5. Add butter or vegetable oil, molasses, salt, flours and yeast, in order.
