method
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add it to the sugar, mustard and salt.
2. Place the drumsticks in a mixing bowl and pour over the butter mixture, turning the drumsticks to coat evenly.
3. When butter glaze has set, wrap each drumstick separately in foil.
4. Place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 190°C (375°F) mark 5 for 1 hour.
5. Open up foil for last 20 minutes to brown.
