2 tbsp undiluted orange squash
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pint milk
1 oz (25 g) vanilla ice cream

method
1. Whisk together the orange squash, the milk and half the ice cream until frothy.
2. Pour into a long glass and top with the remaining ice cream.
