1. Grease a 750 ml ovenprooPut the minced chicken into the dish. f dish. Remove any bones from the chicken and mince the flesh.
2. Warm the milk. Beat the eggs, salt, and pepper together lightly and stir in the milk.
3. Strain the custard into the dish. Stand the dish in a shallow tin containing enough warm water to come half-way up the sides of the dish.
4. Bake in a cool oven at 150°C, gas mark 2 for 1 1/2 hours or until the custard is set in the centre.
