Horseradish Sauce, Hot

ingredients

6 g (2 tsp) grated horseradish
150 ml (1/4 pt) yoghurt
5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
15 ml (1 tbsp) water
5 g (1 tsp) cornflour
salt and pepper

method

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, with the water and cornflour mixed to a smooth paste.

Cook on a gentle heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
