Bloodshot

A cross between a Bloody Mary and a Bullshot, recommended for Sunday Brunch and/or hangovers.

ingredients

serves 4 - 6
225 ml (8 fl oz) vodka
225 ml (8 fl oz) chilled consomme or beef bouillon
350 ml (12 fl oz) chilled tomato juice
juice of half a lemon
5 g (1 tsp) sugar
10 - 15 ml (2 - 3 tsp) garlic juice (optional)
approx. 5 ml (1 tsp) worcestershire Sauce
salt and cayenne pepper or Tabasco to taste

method

Stir the ingredients together in a glass jug, seasoning to taste, and serve over ice in tall glasses.
