method
1. Fry 1.25 kg broad beans in 25 ml sesame oil and season with salt and a little sugar.
2. Moisten with 300 ml chicken stock and cook until the liquid is completely evaporated, then add 50 g chopped spring onions and 25 ml sesame oil.
3. Serve dome-shape in a vegetable dish.
