1. Place the banana and the soft brown sugar into a small frying pan, over a low-to-moderate heat, for 4-6 minutes. Stir well to coat the banana in the sugar.
2. In a separate frying pan, melt the butter and the caster sugar together for 3 - 4 minutes, or until they begin to caramelise and resemble a toffee sauce.
3. Remove the toffee banana from the pan, place onto a serving plate, and drizzle with the toffee sauce.
4. Add a spoonful of yoghurt, to serve.
