125 ml (4 fl oz) sour cream
125 ml (4 fl oz) buttermilk
30 ml (2 tbsp) mango
chutney 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
10 ml (2 tsp) oil
10 ml (2 tsp) mustard
salt and pepper
method
1. Blend everything together well. Refrigerate until required.
2. Serve on salad or cold vegetables.
3. Use as a dressing for hard-cooked eggs, cold fish or meat.
