3 oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned
1 large pink grapefruit. peeled, seeded and sectioned
90 ml (6 tbsp) triple Sec or other orange-flavoured liqueur
45 ml (3 tbsp) grenadine syrup
100 g (4 oz) fresh pomegranate seeds
7 g (1 tbsp) finely chopped fresh mint
3 small cantaloupe melons. haired and seeded
method
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the orange and grapefruit sections, Triple Sec, grenadine syrup, pomegranate seeds and mint.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Spoon the fruit mixture evenly into the cantaloupe halves
