small bunch mint sprigs
small bunch spring onions
75 g 3 oz fresh chives
small bunch fresh tarragon
small bunch coriander leaves
small bunch watercress
2 small heads chicory
225 g (8 oz) feta cheese. broken into small pieces

Arrange the ingredients in piles on large platter, preferably silver or pewter.
