6 x ripe figs cut in half
1 tbsp clear honey
2 x passion fruit, seeds scooped out

method
1. Pre-heat the grill to a high heat.
2. Place the figs on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
3. Grill for 4 - 5 minutes until caramelised.
