1 tbsp clear honey
1/4 cup (1 3/4 oz) 50 g raisins grated
rind and juice of 1 lemon
2 3/4 cups (21 fl oz) 600 ml apple juice
ice cubes
2 3/4 cups (21 fl oz) 600 ml ginger ale
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 apple, cored and segmented
method
1. In a large wide jug mix together the honey, raisins, lemon rind and juice.
2. Cover and leave for a few hours.
3. Pour in the apple juice and add some ice cubes.
4. Add the ginger ale and float the orange and apple segments on top.
