1 thin flank steak, connective tissue removed
cooking oil
1 avocado, cubed
2 tsp lemon juice
5 tsp plain yoghurt
5 tsp French salad dressing
1 medium tomato, skinned and cubed
freshly ground black pepper to taste
method
1. Brush meat with cooking oil. Heat a ridged pan to smoking hot and grill/broil meat for 5 to 7 minutes in total (rare) or 7 to 10 minutes in total (well-done).
2. Leave meat to cool, then cut at a 45° angle into thin slices.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and toss gently with meat.
