1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) Gas 7.
2. Place the biscuits, flour, sugar and butter into a large bowl and rub together until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3. Heat the plums in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
4. Spoon the plums into a small ovenproof dish and top with the crumble mixture.
5. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
6. Remove from the oven and serve with the Greek yoghurt.
