Brussels Sprouts And Chestnuts

ingredients

1.2 lb (225 g) dried chestnuts Water
Pinch of sea salt

method

1. Soak the chestnuts overnight.

2. Cook in boiling salted water in a covered pot for 1 hour, or until tender.

3. Drain and cut into eighths.

4. Mix with the sprouts as above, or saute first and season with tamari.
