Kidney Bean Salad

ingredients

serves 4
225 g (8 oz) cooked kidney beans
2 spring onions, washed and chopped
150 ml (1/4 pt) Vinaigrette
7 g (1 tbsp) chopped parsley

method

Combine the beans, onions, vinaigrette and parsley. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
