1.5 kg minced beef
3 cloves chopped garlic
10 g fenugreek
25 g chopped coriander leaves
25 g chopped dried mint
3 beaten eggs
baharat and salt
boiled rice to serve
method
1. Combine 1.5 kg minced beef, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 10 g fenugreek, 25 g chopped coriander leaves and dried mint and 3 beaten eggs, then season with baharat and salt.
2. Form into balls, then grill and serve with boiled rice.

These aren't greek meatballs....Greeks meatballs have shredded potato in them and are generally made with pork mince

Baharat is a spice mix found in many North African areas Lebanon, Syria, Israel, and Jordan etc
Definately not Greek!
Still ...if you can't get the Baharat... leave out the coriander leaves, substitute with Cumin and ground coriander and plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
If you must have bits of greenery to pick out of your teeth later, a handful of chopped FRESH mint wouldn't hurt
