3 strawberries
23 ml (3/4 oz) strawberry schnapps
23 ml (3/4 oz) Bacardi® dark rum
23 ml (3/4 oz) cream
23 ml (3/4 oz) pineapple juice
4 ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
method
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until drink is smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
