method
1. Marinate 1.5 kg strips of beef in 50 ml lime juice.
2. Heat 50 ml oil in a wok, then add the beef and stir-fry for a few moments, remove and retain.
3. Blend 100 g onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 25 g sambal ulek and 75 g peanut butter to a paste; add the mixture to the pan and stir in 100 ml coconut milk and 50 g roasted peanuts.
4. Cook the sauce, then add the meat and serve garnished with sliced cucumber and chillies.
