1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) Gas 7.
2. Preheat an ovenproof griddle pan until hot.
3. Chargrill the pineapple wedges with the sugar and honey in the pan for a few minutes until lightly coloured.
4. Add the orange juice to the pan, and allow to reduce for a few minutes.
5. Transfer the pineapple wedges to the oven and cook for 5-6 minutes, until softened.
6. Serve on a plate, and pour the syrup mixture over.
