method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) Gas 7. Select a large ovenproof cup or large ramekin.
2. Roll out the pastry and cut into a round big enough to cover the cup or ramekin.
3. In a saucepan, heat the honey, sugar, basil and chopped banana for 1-2 minutes or until the sugar has melted.
4. Pour into the cup or ramekin and top with the puff pastry lid.
5. Place into the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the pastry is cooked and golden brown.
6. Serve.
