1. Beat the chops / slices with a rolling pin or meat mallet to tenderize.
2. For the spice paste, grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste. Apply the paste to the chops / slices and marinate for at least 2 hours.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Roll the chops / slices in the flour, then dip in beaten eggs. Coat with
breadcrumbs and fry for 5 - 7 minutes on each side till
golden.
4. Serve hot, accompanied by a green salad or sauteed boiled potatoes.
