method
1. Combine 100 ml black bean sauce, 75 ml soy sauce, a little water and sugar.
2. Heat 50 ml garlic-flavoured oil in a wok, add 1.5 kg strips of beef, stir-fry for 2 minutes, remove and retain.
3. Add the bean mixture to the pan, thicken with 25 g diluted cornflour to form a light sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Replace the meat, cook for 1 minute and serve with boiled rice.
