method
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, add the noodles and heat for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the chilli flakes, powder and paprika and continue to stir-fry over a medium heat for a further few minutes.
3. Stir in the lime juice, basil and seasoning and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat and transfer the noodles to a plate to serve.
