60 ml (2 oz) amaretto almond liqueur
60 ml (2 oz) KirschwasserŽ cherry brandy
30 ml (1 oz) white creme de cacao
120 ml (4 oz) strawberry puree
30 ml (1 oz) whipping cream
60 ml (2 oz) whipped cream
method
Blend all ingredients (except whipped cream) briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a pina colada glass. Top with whipped cream, garnish with a strawberry, add straws and serve.
