425 ml (3/4 pt) yoghurt
450 g (1 lb) boiled potatoes, diced into 0.5 cm (1/4 in) cubes
1 small onion, finely chopped
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) salt
ground black pepper to taste
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) ground cumin
1 green chilli, chopped
7 g (1 tbsp) chopped coriander leaves
method
1. Whisk the yoghurt in a bowl until smooth, then add the potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and cumin.
2. Mix gently and chill.
3. Serve sprinkled with the chopped chilli and coriander leaves.
