method
1. Remove any crust from the cheeses and cut them both in half across the centres. Place the 4 halves in an ovenproof dish.
2. Blend the vinegar, oil and salt and pepper together.
3. Brush over the top of the cheeses and pour the rest around the base of the dish.
4. Place under a hot grill until browned on top and serve each cheese on a bed of salad leaves.
