125 g matzo meal
2 beaten eggs
50 g rendered chicken fat or 2 tbs oil
2 tbs chicken stock
seasoning
2 tbs chicken stock
method
1. Mix together 125 g matzo meal, 2 beaten eggs, 50 g rendered chicken fat or 2 tbs oil, 2 tbs chicken stock and seasoning, then allow to stand for 20 minutes.
2. Form into 30 walnut-sized balls and cook in simmering chicken stock
for 5 minutes.
