Brussels Sprouts in Soured Cream (Kelbimbo)

1.5kg Brussels sprouts
salt
300 ml soured cream
50 g white breadcrumbs
50 ml melted butter

method

1. Cook 1.5kg Brussels sprouts in salted water, drain and combine with 300 ml soured cream.

2. Place into a shallow dish, sprinkle with 50 g white breadcrumbs and 50 ml melted butter and gratinate in the oven.
