method
1. Lightly fry 4 chopped cloves of garlic in 75 ml olive oil, moisten with 1 litre Passata, then add 15 g chopped parsley, 25 g chopped basil and seasoning.
2. Shallow fry 10 x 200 g sirloin steaks to the required degree in garlic-flavoured olive oil and transfer to the sauce for 2 minutes but do not allow to boil.
3. Serve the steaks coated with the sauce and sprinkled with chopped fresh basil.
