method
1. Marinate 1.5 kg strips of beef in 75 ml soy sauce, 25 ml sake, 25 ml sesame oil, 10 g sugar, 25 g cornflour and seasoning for 5 minutes.
2. Heat 50 ml sesame oil in a wok, add the strips of beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes, remove and retain.
3. Add 50 g grated ginger, 3 chopped cloves of garlic, then moisten with a little stock, 50 ml oyster sauce and the marinade and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Replace the meat and serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
