45 ml (1 1/2 oz) vodka
15 ml (1/2 oz) lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
120 ml (4 oz) tonic water
method
Combine vodka, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with tonic water, and serve.
