1. Heat a large pan or wok a third filled with vegetable oil for deep-frying.
2. Deep-fry the pasta in the hot oil for 2 - 3 minutes, or until golden.
3. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
4. Sprinkle the cinnamon over and coat in the icing sugar.
5. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
