600 g (1 1/4 lb) white cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, diced
2 spring onions, chopped
2 fresh green chillies, seeded and diced
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) salt
20 g (4 tbsp) fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
100 ml (4 fl oz) lime juice
15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large serving bowl and toss well.
