method
1. Put the boil-in-the-bag rice in the water and boil for 1 1/4 hours or until the whole bag is puffy and firm and rice fills the whole of it.
2. The bag must be covered in water all the time. You can put a sauce or plate on top to weight it down if necessary.
3. Allow to cool completely before stripping off the bag, leaving a cushion of rice which can then be cut into neat cubes and served with spiced and deep fried chicken or with satay.
