method
1. Mix the mustard, turmeric, chilli and salt with the hot water, cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
2. Wash the okra, pat dry with paper towels.
3. Cut off the stems and leave whole.
4. Heat oil over medium high heat, add the green chillies and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
5. Add the okra and, stirring gently, fry for 5 minutes.
6. Add the spice mixture and yoghurt and mix with the okra; add the water and bring it to boil.
7. Lower heat, cover and simmer till the okra is tender.
