Broccoli And Walnuts

ingredients

3/4 lb (340 g) broccoli
1 small bunch of spring onions
Pinch of sea salt or 1 teaspoon tamari/shoyu soya sauce
2 oz (55 g) coarse-cut walnuts

method

1. Lightly steam the broccoli.

2. Saute the spring onions with the salt or tamari/shoyu for 3 - 4 minutes.

3. Add the coarse-cut walnuts, mix with the broccoli and serve at once.
