method
1. Wash the artichokes in salted water and allow to drain.
2. Heat the olive oil and fry the artichokes for 3 minutes.
3. Add the wine lemon juice, stock and freshly ground pepper.
4. Cook for 10 minutes until the artichokes are tender.
5. Allow to cool. Arrange the artichokes on small plates, either whole or cut in small pieces. Pour over the sauce.
